Dolores Hirschmann

Dolores Hirschmann is the Director of the STAGE AGENCY for Advance Your Reach and Founder of Masters in Clarity. She is an internationally recognized STRATEGIST, COACH, and ENTREPRENEUR for over 20 years. She helps clients clarify their “idea worth sharing”, design their communication strategies, and implement business growth systems. Her clients become speakers and authors and take their message to larger audiences like TEDx and beyond. As the Co-Director of the STAGE AGENCY at AYR, Dolores oversees a team of Stage Agents and Strategists who help thought leaders, experts and business owners advance their reach by speaking on stages. Dolores is a writer, TEDx Organizer, and CTI certified and ICF accredited coach with a business degree from the Universidad de San Andrés, Argentina. Originally from Buenos Aires, Dolores speaks fluent Spanish, English, and French and lives in Dartmouth, MA with her husband and four children.
